In the unfortunate event of a damage to your vehicle resulting in an insurance claim our Customer Service and dedicated Claim Management Team will support you in the process. 

The following documents are essential to ensure that a claim can be processed as quickly as possible:

  1. Insurance claim form
  2. Handover report
  3. Photos with date & time stamp 
  4. Repair cost estimate



After occurrence of a vehicle damage the traveller has to inform the owner and the insurance provider immediately by telephone. Be sure to include the insured license number of your green insurance card when reporting the insurance. You will then receive a claim number that identifies the claim. If possible, specify this when communicating with SHAREaCAMPER.

Report deposit claim
The deposit will be refunded to the traveller 7 days after the return of the motorhome. Enroll a claim for down payment by phone or email to terminate the automatic refund. The deposit is then managed by SHAREaCAMPER and can be paid in full or in part to you after presentation of the handover protocol (if applicable accident report) and corresponding cost statements.
