Make sure to note any damages to the vehicle that may have occurred during the booking on the handover report during drop off and ensure that the handover report is signed by you and the Traveller and forwarded to SHAREaCAMPER within 3 days after drop off.  

If you notice damage to your vehicle after the drop off, please note that it is very important to report any damages as soon as possible, the nearer to the return date the more likely there is to be no problem getting it sorted quickly. Please ensure to take relevant pictures using the date and time stamp option of your camera.

Please reach out to our Customer Service right away stating the booking reference number as well as forwarding all relevant documents. 

SHAREaCAMPER will require at least one repair quote before any payment can be made.
