Communicating through the SHAREaCAMPER website allows our Customer Service team to offer you the best experience possible before, during, and after your booking. 

This is due to Customer Service being able to:

  • Communicate with both Owners and Travelers
  • Confirm payments have been made to Owners
  • Validate the authenticity of vehicles
  • Ensure that both Owners and Travelers are able to navigate the renting and leasing of vehicles

SHAREaCAMPER uses Stripe,  a secure payment provider and funds are kept in a escrow account. If a vehicle is paid for outside of this, the insurance and roadside assistance is immediately nullified.
