Roadside Assistance is provided through Royal Automobile Club (RAC) of Western Australia.
Besides informing the owner of the vehicle as well as SHAREaCAMPER, RAC should be called as soon as there is a problem with the vehicle. Roadside assistance can be reached 24/7 by:
calling our hotline at +61 (2) 8880 9065 and press 2, or
directly calling RAC at 1300 558 456.
When talking to RAC please:
State you are renting a vehicle through SHAREaCAMPER and that we have a business account with RAC WA.
Tell RAC which state you are currently located.
Tell RAC the registration of the vehicle.
Roadside assistance is provided through the New Zealand Automobile Association Inc. (AA).
Besides informing the owner of the vehicle as well as SHAREaCAMPER, AA should be called as soon as there is a problem with the vehicle. Roadside assistance can be reached 24/7 by:

- directly calling AA via the national (toll free) number 0800 734 543.
When talking to AA please:
State you are renting a vehicle through SHAREaCAMPER.
Tell AA where you are currently located and if possible provide a phone number where you can be reached.
Let AA know the registration of the vehicle, your name and the name of the owner.
All Call-Outs including for blown tires, flat battery etc. and potential tows are charged to your Credit Card directly. AA determines if it is a mechanical fault (vehicle failure) or non-mechanical fault (driver error). In the case of being determined by AA as a mechanical fault the charges will be reimbursed to you by the owner of the vehicle.
