In case of any damage to your vehicle please contact our Customer Service Team immediately after you discover the damage. 

You will have to provide:

  • A filled out handover report (signed by both parties) 
  • Photos of the damage 
  • A quote for repair costs (in some circumstance two quotes might be required) 
  • The invoice will be paid directly from SHAREaCAMPER to the service provider (mechanic, panel beater, etc..). It will not be an owner reimbursement.
