Travellers will need to notify the Owner of any tickets, fines, or tolls that may have been incurred during the booking at the handover. Payment of these costs should be worked out between Traveller and Owner directly at that time.
If the traveller has not notified you of any fines at the time of drop off and you receive tickets / fines after the booking has been completed, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you in reaching out to the traveller.
Please email a scanned copy of the fine and the booking reference to us.
