Any licence in its original version is accepted in Australia. You will need a translated or International driver's licence if your original licence is not in English. Please be aware that the translated/ international version is only valid in combination with your original licence.

Germany:


If you have a driver's licence that was issued before 1999, you may drive any vehicle.


Drivers holding a Class B licence that was issued after 1999 may drive RVs up to 3.5 tons.


Vehicles heavier than 3.5 tons require a Class C1 driver's licence.
